I'll also be telling you about some books I though were...not so good (also why).

Defy The Night
Defy the Night by Brigid Kemmerer.

This is one of my absolute favorites in the entire world. I literally have the entire series on my shelf (it's only three books, but still).

It's a fiction romance. It's set like a good 200-300 years ago, in a land called Kandala. It's a stretched retelling of Robin Hood. You know, where they steal from the rich to give to the poor. Except this time it's medicine, because there's a really bad fever pandemic all across the country.

Corrick (he's the prince of Kandala) is trying to keep the kingdom under control. He has to execute people in order to do that. He's my Assassin Prince #1!

Tessa Cade (an apothecary) steals medicine from the rich and well-off to give to the poor. Her and her best friend, Weston Lark, are heroes in the eyes of the citizens of Kandala.

But then Wes gets caught. And Corrick executes him.

Things SPIRAL.

AND ITS SO GOOD!!

Read it, join my love for it. (And then read all her other books, including the rest of the series. She's so good it's actually not funny).
